Privacy notice

This notice covers this website. Our Mental Health Matters (OMHM) is a nonprofit in formation, and its program has not launched. We will publish a notice for the program before it does.

What we collect

  • Stay-informed sign-up: your email, your name if you give it, and the boxes you tick.
  • Clinician sign-up: your name and email, and, if you give them, your NPI, credential, practice setting and comments.
  • Booking a conversation: scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider keeps routine logs, such as IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Visit statistics: we count visits with Umami, an analytics service that uses no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records which pages are viewed, the site you came from, and your general browser, device type and country. It respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. This site uses no advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use sign-up details only to send the updates you asked for and, for clinicians, news about the pilot. We use visit statistics to see how people find and use the site. We don't sell or rent your information. Our service providers store it for us: Railway hosts the website, Supabase hosts the database and Umami holds the visit statistics.

Health information

This website doesn't ask for health information. Please don't send any through it or by email.
